• Performance monitoring and optimization
• Technical support and documentation

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice to users. Service availability may be subject to planned maintenance windows and technical limitations.

As a user of Vaultixinc, you agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

Support is provided through our ticketing system and email. Response times vary based on your subscription level and the severity of the issue. We aim to acknowledge all support requests within 4 hours during business hours.

Vaultixinc retains all rights to our platform, including software, documentation, trademarks, and proprietary technologies. Your use of our services does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to our platform. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide regarding our services may be used by Vaultixinc without compensation or attribution, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaultixinc's liability for any damages arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the 12 months preceding the incident.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You acknowledge that database management involves inherent risks, and you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and disaster recovery procedures for your critical data.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. We may terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that could harm our platform or other users.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be revoked
• You will have 30 days to export your data
• Outstanding fees remain due and payable
• Data may be deleted after the retention period
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely

We will provide reasonable assistance during the transition period to help you export your data. After the retention period, your data will be securely deleted from our systems.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
